Arizona Benefit Consultants has the ability to provide voluntary coverages for life insurance, dental, vision, short and long term disability, long term care, pre-paid legal, cancer/critical illness and other ancillary benefits. Each employer finds that a core of employer paid benefits is essential, but beyond that, costs and different employee needs make it difficult to provide meaningful coverage. Voluntary programs allow each employee the flexibility to individually decide what benefits he/she wants, in what amount, and then purchase them via payroll deduction, usually with no underwriting.
